Everyone knows that the health benefits of raw organic food are far greater than processed cooked food. However, I would like to show you something that is beautiful to me: Kirlian's work. Semyon Kirlian was an early 20th century Russian researcher and inventor. In 1939, he discovered that by connecting a photographic plate to a source of voltage, he could capture auras from food and nature. It became clear for him that every living is surrounded by an energy field and he used to make comparisons in his work between cooked / uncooked or even organic / non-organic food, showing the difference in their "aura". The benefits of eating healthier : Eating less processed food can have significant health benefits - mainly if it is cooked at a low-temperature or even eaten raw. Processed foods tend to be higher in salt, added sugars, and saturated fats. They can lead to inflammation of blood vessels and cardiovascular diseases. Also, once you heat your food, you start losing the effectiveness of a variety of vitamins, nutrients and enzymes. Degradation generally starts to occur in foods or beverages exposed to temperatures of greater than 47.7°C.
