Our events
Their aim is to provide quality outdoor play, craft making and learning experiences for the children and wider community of Broadford and Strath. They are a registered childcare provider with the Care Inspectorate.
The Plock Forest School is on every Friday afternoon during the school terms and is open to local children of primary school age. They offer wood child-led exploration, fun and learning through informal activities.
BEACH EARTHING
Join us every Tuesday and Thursday for beach earthing sessions at Ashaig beach.
Earthing or grounding is putting the body in direct contact with the earth. There are various recognized health benefits to it:
*Reducing inflammation and chronic pains.
*Improving sleep and normalizing biological rhythms including circadian rhythm.
*Increasing energy .
*Lowering stress and promoting calmness by reducing stress hormones.
*Normalizing blood pressure and blood flow
*Improving menstrual and female hormone symptoms.
*Protecting the body from effects of EMFs.

FAMILY WALKS
Join us every Sunday morning for a local family walk.
It can be at the Plock, Armadale woods, Ashaig beach etc.
Meeting: around 12:00. Please contact us if you are interested.
